1) We can develop your new device in half the time by reducing many trials and errors. It’s a way to minimize the cost of delay which can be quantified.

2) Improve your product development speed, quality and cost.

3) Assemble and test small lots of functional prototype to verify the design concept. We also provide immediate sample testing results and engineering recommendations within 1- 2 days from our on site development team in China.

4) The above testing process will be based on your (or co-developed by both parties) design criteria / specifications. We will provide you with video and photos for review on the same day.  A feedback loop thus will be reduced substantially.

5) The engineering recommendations may include: design and materials changes, molds structure changes, low cost assemble process (like bonding, lubrication, ultrasound welding, auto or semi-auto assemble, etc.), FDA  and ISO guidelines, safety guidelines per OSHA, cost effect of sterilization and package, etc.

6) We also provide options for different market target. For example, US FDA and China FDA have different certified program for material suppliers and clinical safety factors, and results in different cost structure.
